Instructions
Step 1
preheat the oven at 180°C
Step 2
press the tofu as dry as possible
Step 3
make seperate pieces of the tofu (breaking / pulling)
Step 4
season the tofu pieces: add 2 tbls cornstarch, 1 tbls chicken spices, 2 tbls olive oil
Step 5
put the pieces on a baking tray - 30 min in the oven (180°C) - stir halfway through
