Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop celery, carrots, and onions
Step 2
Cook carrots, celery, and onions in pot with olive oil. Add salt. Cook until soft and onions transparent.
Step 3
Dice tomatoes and mince fresh garlic while that cooks
Step 4
Cook beef separately until lightly browned. Drain oil and add then to veggies.
Step 5
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, and cumin. Add in about a cup of water from the tomato sauce. Add more later if needed.
Step 6
Bring to boil on medium and then simmer on low for 30 mins to an hour.
Step 7
Mix in cooked pasta. Serve and top with Parmesan cheese.
