Instructions
Step 1
Slice each chicken breast horizontally along the side to create a pocket for the filling.
Step 2
Stuff each breast with 1 tbsp pesto, 30g mozzarella cheese, and 4 sun-dried tomatoes. If the chicken breast does not close fully, use wooden toothpick.
Step 3
Coat stuffed chicken breast with chopped walnut. Salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
Put the chicken in air fryer basket. Spray olive oil evenly. Bake in air fryer 180°C for 8-10mins per side. Until cooked through. Depending on the size of chicken breast.
