Instructions
Step 1
Cut pork belly into cubes. In batches, sear the pork belly and reserve.
Step 2
Using the same pot, drain majority of oil, then cook garlic till it gets some color.
Step 3
Add pork belly, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and bay leaves. Mix till we’ll combined.
Step 4
Add pickle juice. Do not stir. Once it comes to a boil, lower heat and wait till it comes to a simmer, then cover the pot and cook for 1 hour or until tender. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve and enjoy.
