Step 1
Chop lettuce,cabbage,green onions,tomatoes and mint coarsely






Step 2
In a small bowl,put the crushed garlic with the lemon and salt and stir,gradually adding the olive oil






Step 3
Add the seasoning to the vegetables,adjust the sour taste and salt
Step 4
Add the fattouch in the serving dish and stir acvording to the taste add the fried bread and the pomegrante molasses on top

This is a salad so no need to cook serve cold
