Step 1
• Take raw shrimp in the required quantity and put some of the spices you like on them, then cook them in the frying pan or on the grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side - note that you can use butter spray to prevent sticking
Step 2
• Boil frozen vegetables in boiling water until ready, then drain them from the water
Step 3
• Bring the required amount of bread and place it on a plate
Step 4
• Add the ready-made chickpeas in the required quantity and spread them on the bread
Step 5
• Add the cooked vegetables to it
Step 6
• Add the cooked shrimp pieces over the vegetables
Step 7
• Put the plate in the microwave for 20 seconds on the highest power
Step 8
• Take out the plate and roll the bread to turn it into a sandwich
Step 9
