Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven at 350 degrees
Step 2
Peel and cube Sweet potatoes place in a large zip lock bag. Peel large garlics placing garlic cloves in zip lock bag as well. Place olive oil and salt and pepper all in the bag

Close the bag up and shake everything together
Step 4
Place potatoes and garlic in a cookie sheet (with rim) and spread evenly. Place in pre heated oven
Step 5
Cook until the potatoes are soft. Set aside to cool to touch
Step 6
Move potatoes and garlic onto a paper towel to help remove extra oil
Step 7
Heat up about 4 cups of chicken broth
Step 8
Place potatoes and garlic pieces into a cooking pot with an immersion blender blend down to a thin mush. Use part of the 4 cups of chicken broth to help the blending along.
Step 9
Once everything is evenly blend place back onto the stove
Step 10
Heat on a medium heat
Step 11
Thinned in cream, slowly add 15 oz of cream. Make sure to mix everything evenly (If you do this part to fast the cream will turn)

After the cream is in add salt or pepper as needed
Step 13
If the soup is to thick you can add more chicken broth at this point to stretch or thin out
Step 14
Serve hot. Best with a basic roll and butter
