28 ozwhole peeled tomatoes
can, crushed tomatoes or diced tomatoes
1 x 8 oztomato sauce
can
1 ½ cupslow sodium chicken broth
2 x 9 ozfour cheese ravioli
from the refrigerated section
8 ozfresh mozzarella cheese
cubed
½ cupparmesan cheese
freshly grated
Flat leaf parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil to large skillet. Sautee onions and garlic, over medium heat, until onions are soft and translucent.
Step 2
Add sausage and cook, breaking up with wooden spoon while it browns.
Step 3
add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and ravioli..
Step 4
Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer over medium heat.
Step 5
Simmer until ravioli are tender and sauce has reduced and thickened, 15-20 minutes
Step 6
Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and parmesan.
