Prosciutto and pesto fish gratin

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 200/180 fan. Season fish all over then wrap in ham. Put in baking dish and dot creme fraiche and pesto between fillets and over exposed ends of the fish. Scatter with cheese
Step 2
Bake for 15-20 mins turning once and adding the pine nuts about halfway through
Step 3
Creme fraiche will have made a sauce and cheese and ham will be turning golden. Serve with crusty bread
