Instructions

Step 1
Soak dried mushrooms in 150ml hot water for 20 mins
Step 2
Heat oil in a large saucepan
Step 3
Add onion, garlic and soften for 3-5 mins
Step 4
Add mushrooms, peppers, paprika and season
Step 5
Stir for 5 mins
Step 6
Mix cornflour, wine, mushroom water(drained from dried mushrooms), tomato puree into the stock and add to pan. Bring to boil
Step 7
Simmer gently for 10-15 mins
Step 8
Serve with rice or bread
