Instructions

Marination

Step 1
Cut chicken wings into three parts if preferred.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, garlic and all purpose flour. Mix well and marinate. You can also freeze it for later use.
Step 3
After marination, coat the chicken in corn flour and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove and let it rest on a strainer.

For the sauce

Step 4
In a pan, melt butter, add onion garlic and chilli. Sauteé for one minute.
Step 5
Add ketchup, chilli sauce and soy sauce. Mix. Add some water to thin the sauce a little and heat it until it slightly boils.
Step 6
Turn off the heat and add the chicken and mix. You can also use this as a dip. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens
