I make this super yummy & easy treat for my daughter's homemade pouch snacks (I use the 7oz BabyBrezza pouches). Also makes a healthy little treat for grownups!

Ingredients
4 servings
2 cupsfrozen sliced bananas
5 tablespoonschia seeds
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
½ teaspoonground nutmeg
½ teaspoonturmeric
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
½ cupalmond milk
substitute breastmilk, formula, dairy, or other milk, plus more to adjust consistency
3 Tablespoonspeanut butter
or substitute other nut butter
⅔ cupvanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
Step 1
Blend the frozen banana slices, vanilla, spices, and almond milk.
Step 2
Add the peanut butter and Greek yogurt and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency to your liking with additional almond milk if too runny, but be mindful that the mixture will thicken from the chia seeds.
Step 3
Transfer to pouches (I usually make 4 pouches with about 5 oz in each, but distribute as you like) or other serving container.
Step 4
Chill in refrigerator before serving, about 2 hours minimum.
