Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil
Step 2
Meanwhile in a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium high heat then add the cauliflower and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until its well browned

Lower the heat to medium low and add the garlic and green onion, and season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
Cook the pasta according to the directions, but drain 1 minutes less than required time while also reserving ½ cup of the cooking liquid
Step 5
Combine the pasta with the cauliflower and cooking water and bring to a simmer
Step 6
Remove the skillet from the heat and toss with ½ the hazelnuts and basil then garnish with remaining ingredients. If you wish you can add some Parmigiano cheese at the end
