1 QtBeef Stock
0.5 x 7 ozcan of chipotle peppers
for mild spice, or 1 whole can of chipotle peppers for a more intense spicy flavor
14 ozCan of Diced Tomatoes
28 ozCrushed Tomatoes
1lime juiced
3 tablespoonsWorcestershire Sauce
1 cupwater

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250* Rinse 2 pound roast and dry with paper towels add olive oil to the meat then season & sear both sides on medium high heat remove from pan place in a baking pan while it rest add liquid ingredients to a sauce pan mix and heat then pour on top of meat in the baking dish add chopped veggies cover with foil then bake for 3 hours after 3 hours turn heat up to 350* for 2 more hours then uncover and back for 45 mins break up meat To serve with tortilla’s separate the meat from the sauce then add chopped red onion cilantro as garnish for sauce then add cheese and sour cream as garnish for tacos or pair with Mexican rice steamed squash and zucchini
