Preheat oven to 200°
Step 2
Slice apples very thin, I used a mandolin. Lay out the slices on a parchment lined sheet pan, sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg (or your choice of spices)
Step 3
Bake for 1 hour. Flip, bake 1 more hour
