Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400 2. Slice the pears in half lengthwise then core

3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

4. Brush the inside of the pears with the butter or oil then sprinkle on the coconut sugar

5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fork tender
Step 5
6. While pears are baking, add the soaked cashews to a food processor with the maple syrup and cinnamon and blend until creamy. Stopping and scraping the sides down to blend evenly. You can add a splash of nut milk if needed.

7. Once pears have finished baking, serve w/ cashew cream, top with extra cinnamon
