Instructions
Step 1
2 days before needed
Tear bread slices into cubes in large metal bowl. Fill to heaping. Let sit uncovered for 2 days.2 days before needed Saute' Mix on stove in large skilet
Celery & parsley Onion flakes
Salt & pepper Poultry seasoning Basil
1 stick of butter.
Stir until celery is soft.
Step 3.
Melt 2 sticks of butter and pour over the bread in the large bowl. Blend well. Step 4.
Add saute' into bread and mix well.
Step 5.
Place in two large Pyrex (9" x13") dishes.
Step 6.
Spray top of mixture with olive oil spray.
Step 7.
Just before baking pour 1 box of vege broth over cubes. Step 8.
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Step 8.
Place in oven. Bake uncoered for 1 hour.
Step 9.
Enjoy! Keep other 2 boxes for reheating as needed.
