My Version of Shrimp Pho Soup

Instructions

Step 1
Place 2 cups of filtered or spring water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and place the following ingredients in it. Crushed Garlic, Crushed Ginger, 2 tbls of Better Than Bouillon let simmer.

Step 2
Peel about 8 - 10 medium shrimp rinse off place on the air fryer tray. Pour 3 Table Spoons of Extra Virgin Olive on the sprimp, spread evenly and seafood seasoning on top to your liking. Put fryer on air roast 390 for 8 minutes about halfway turn shrimp over in the basket and finish cooking. Takeout after it's finished cooking

Take chopped and sliced veggies including bean sprouts. Place in a deep bowl or huge mug. Take hot broth and pour it over the ingredients in the mug or bowl. Top with a spoon of Hoisin Sauce and 2 lime wedge.
