Have you heard of poutine before? It is an incredibly popular dish in Canada, that has a large variety of versions available - the dish generally consists of fries, gravy and cheese curds. This vegan version uses almond cheese curds, vegan bacon and I made a sweet gravy using paprika and maple syrup!
