Instructions
Step 1
Heat first amount of cooking oil in large frying pan. Add chicken. Brown and cook until no longer pink. Remove to large saucepan or pot.
Step 2
Heat second amount of cooking oil in same frying pan. Add onion, celery and carrot. Stir fry until tender crisp. Add to saucepan.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Boiled gently for 8 to 9 minutes until pasta is tender but firm. Discard Bay leaf. Makes 7 1/2 cups (1.8L)
