Salmon cakes with lemon dill dip

Instructions

Step 1
Break apart cooked salmon in bowl
Step 2
Sauté onion, celery, and peppers in butter
Step 3
Combine mixture with salmon
Step 4
Add egg, couple good squirts Dijon mustard, couple tablespoons of Mayo, garlic powder, salt, pepper, old bay, and juice of half a lemon.
Step 5
Add bread crumbs until desired texture to shape
Step 6
Shape into Patties. Refrigerate for at least 30min.
Step 7
Heat oil in skillet. Cook Pattie’s until heated through and sides are crispish.

Dill dip

Step 8
Mix equal parts lite Mayo, Greek yogurt, and relish. Add dill and juice if half of a lemon.
