Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle flour, salt, and pepper over the chicken and toss to coat. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the bell pepper and cook for about three minutes, or until the pepper develops some char. Add a little oil, garlic, light green white parts of the green onion, and chicken breast.
Step 3
Cook chicken, stirring occasionally for about 5-6 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
While chicken is cooking, make the sauce. In a medium bowl, add stir fry sauce, water, oil, and vinegar and mix well. Set aside.
Step 5
Once the chicken is cooked through, add the stir fry sauce and the dark green parts of the green onion. Mix well and continue to cook until the sauce has thickened.
Step 6
Serve over rice or your preferred grain and sprinkle with peanuts.
