Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
Step 2
Mash bananas with a fork.
Step 3
Lightly beat eggs.
Step 4
Mix bananas, eggs, vegetable oil and sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Stir until completely mixed.
Step 5
Mix in the remaining ingredients. Stir until the batter is fully mixed
Step 6
Pour the finished batter into a nonstick bread pan. Smooth out the top of the batter within the bread pan.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 65 minutes or until golden brown
Step 8
Take out of oven and let the banana bread cool down in the bread pan for 10 minutes.
Step 9
After 10 minutes, remove the banana bread from the bread pan. Place the banana bread on a cooling rack in order to completely cool. This cool down may take 1 hour.
