Golden Sweet Cornbread

I added an extra egg and some honey. Fabulous 👌

Sooooo good! I'll even add fresh or frozen corn at times.

Very scrumptious. Just the right hint of sweetness. Good with a meal such as chili, or just as a snack! ☆☆☆☆☆ Would recommend to anyone!

Egg substitute (1 tsp oil, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbs water), oat milk, use 1/2 cup sugar and add 1/2 cup corn. Optional 8oz cheddar, 3 tbs fresh jalapeno minced

Used oat milk instead of milk and whole wheat flour. Don't know if it appears browner because of the flour or baked too long.

I reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup and add a cup of frozen kernel corn to the batter. It makes it extra good!

Delicious and super easy! This is probably the best cornbread I’ve ever had.
