Instructions
Step 1
Salt and pepper chicken breast then vacuum seal (here’s our DIY vacuum sealing guide). Place the chicken in a Suvie pan and load into upper right cooking zone. Cover with water. Place sliced zucchini in another Suvie pan and toss with 1 tsp salt (this will draw out the water in the zucchini during the cook). Load into the upper left cooking zone.

Put pasta in the starchy

Step 3
Fill the reservoir, enter My Cook settings and cook now or schedule. My Cook Settings Protein: 150°F for 30 minutes Vegetable: 10 minutes Starch: 10 minutes
Step 4
After the cook, remove the chicken breast from Suvie pan, pat pan and chicken dry, and return chicken to pan.
Step 5
Pour ½ of marinara over the chicken breast then top with mozzarella. Return to Suvie.

Step 6
Drain excess water from the zucchini pan. Pat dry, season with olive oil and pepper to taste. Return to Suvie. Broil zucchini and chicken for 10 minutes, checking halfway through the broil to see if the pans need to be rotated.
Step 7
During the broil, toss the remaining marinara with the pasta in a large bowl until evenly coated.
Step 8
After the broil, remove the chicken and zucchini from Suvie.
Step 9
To serve, divide pasta between four plates, top with a chicken breast and extra sauce. Serve zucchini alongside pasta. Enjoy!
