Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese
nothing better than a big bowl of mac & cheese in adding Buffalo chicken to it makes it 10 times better

-2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
-1 cup of milk
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 cup pickle juice
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon salt
———marinate the chicken for about an hour or more if you have the time.

-1 cup of flour
-1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon paprika

——Buffalo sauce——
-2 tablespoons unsalted butter
-1 cup Buffalo sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together milk, lemon juice, pickle juice, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder and salt mix and add the chicken in

marinate the chicken for about an hour or more if you have the time.
Step 3
For the flour to dredge the chicken in mix together the flour, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt
Step 4
Ones the chicken is done marinating take it out of the milk mixture, dredge it in the flour and fry at 350° until crispy and golden
Step 5
For the sauce melt the butter then add in the Buffalo sauce and mix together
Step 6
Once all the chicken is done frying pour the sauce over it give it a good mix make sure all the chicken is coated and done
