Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 deg c
Step 2
Cook onion and garlic until soft. Set aside to cool
Step 3
Put spinach in mixing bowl with onion and garlic, pork mince, chopped parsley and tomato paste

Mix to combine with salt and pepper
Step 5
Pour 1/3 can tomatoes into lasagne dish
Step 6
Cut lasagne sheets on half. Put meat muxture onto one end of lasagne and roll
Step 7
Place in dish, pour over remaining tomato and sprinkle over cheese
Step 8
Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes
Step 9
Remove foil and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes
