Pumpkin Deviled Eggs

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks to a separate bowl
Step 2
To the bowl add all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Put the filling in a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a corner cut off
Step 4
Pipe 1 tablespoon of filling into each egg, smooth the tops if necessary
Step 5
Use the back of a butter knife to make the pumpkin lines in the filling. I slide the knife through the filling and wipe it in a paper towel each time, it gets messy if you don’t wipe the knife
Step 6
Place a piece of the chives in the filling to look like a pumpkin stem
Step 7
Sprinkle with additional paprika if desired
