Instructions
Step 1
Slice the onion in thin long slices and add to your clay pot (or any pot) and cook until brown
Step 2
Add your jalapeños to the pot and cook until brown
Step 3
Add your tomatoes to the pot
Step 4
Pour all your seasoning on a plate 2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Paprika powder
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Adobo powder
2 tsp Cayenne powder
2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Celery salt
Step 5
Pour in half your seasoning mix to the clay pot
Step 6
Add in the other half of the mix to your chicken
Step 7
Take out the vegetables from the clay oven and put onto a plate and then add your seasoned chicken to the clay pot
Step 8
Once the chicken is cooked half take it out and add your vegetables back into the pot
Step 9
Add 2 cups of basmati to the clay pot with the vegetables and seasoning with salt and adobo seasoning
Step 10
Add 4 cups of chicken stock to the pot
Step 11
Add your chicken back into the pot and once the water evaporates enjoy!
