Louisiana pepper cayenne
BBQ Rub Richard
Cajun seasoning
4 patsbutter
brown sugar
BBQ sauce
Blue Agave syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Use La pepper exchange Cayenne as a binder
Step 2
Coat liberally with both Richard’s seasonings
Step 3
Add to 275 degree smoker for 2 to 2 1/2 hours
Step 4
Add butter, agave, brown sugar and bbq sauce to foil and put ribs meat side down and wrap tightly
Step 5
Cook for 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes at 275
Step 6
Remove from wrap and sauce with Kraft BBQ sauce and put back on smoker for 20 minutes to set sauce
