Step 1
Fry onions and once cooked add mince meat
Step 2
Drain out the fat then season with sat, black pepper, garlic pepper and red chilli flakes
Step 3
Add table spoon of tomato purée and fry it down
Step 4
Then add water to fill half of the pot and let it boil, then add half a pack of pasta. Make sure the pasta is covered with water (so as more water if need)
Step 5
Simmer on medium heat (no lid) and stir every so often
Step 6
Grate helim and add mint and black pepper
