Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 and spray with cooking spray

Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat, throw in onion and cook until it starts to brown.

Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds

Throw beans, chiles, and lime juice together in a big bowl. Mash with potato masher. Fold in sautéed onion and corn.
Step 5
Warm up the Tortillas in the microwave
Step 6
Add two spoonfuls of filling to one side of the tortilla and roll it up
Step 7
Place seam side down on pan and coat flauta with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 7.
