Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients with 1.5 cups of plant milk. If the batter is too thick add more milk until you get the desired consistency.

Step 2
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with oil if needed. Add 3 tbsp per pancake.

Cool for 1-2 minutes until the batter gets darker. Loosen the edges with a soft knife and flip. Cook for 1 minute on the other side.
