Instructions

Step 1
Lay out salmon on baking paper on a sheet tray. In a bowl, combine sriracha, soy sauce, (reserving the extra tbsp of soy sauce), honey, sesame oil, minced garlic and minced ginger. Once combined brush onto salmon. There will be marinade left, leave this in the bowl. Marinate on the sheet pan with clingfilm over it in the fridge for at least three hours. Break up the head of broccoli into bite size chunks and toss in the bowl with the leftover marinade, add an extra tbsp of soy sauce at this point. Cover and also leave in the fridge until intended use. Bake both the fish and the broc on the same sheet pan for 13mins at 180 fan. Serve with rice and sprinkled over spring onions and sesame seeds.
