Instructions

Step 1
Brine the chicken with lime and salt. Let it sit 5mins, then wash off.
Step 2
Bring water Ina pot to a boil. Add chicken, garlic & onion, salt. Add celery & 1/2 tsp oregano.
Step 3
Cook 15mins. Add corn after 8mins, remove celery, garlic. Add carrots, potatoes 8mins later add tomato sauce. Add 2 bay leaves, Jalapeños, cabbage Let it cook 5mins. Then add zucchini.
Step 4
Taste. Cover cook for 7mins.
