Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel and cut the plantains on a bias then place on a plate

2. In a small bowl mix cinnamon, bread crumbs and nutmeg

3. Sprinkle on the plantains and let it rest for about 2-3 mins

4. Meanwhile preheat a frying pan and add the canola or vegetable oil
Step 5
5. Fry the plantains and flip over with a fork once it turns golden brown
Step 6
6. When the plantains finished, moved to a plate lined with a paper towel
Step 7
7. Serve hot
