One of the greatest pairs known to man! The spicy ness of the jerk chicken and the sweet flavor of the plantain makes this taco the perfect pair of sweet and salty! This recipe is as simple as it can get so anyone can easily make this goodness!

For the Jerk Chicken
1chicken breast
1 TbspGarlic Powder
1 TBSPOnion Powder
1 TbspRed Pepper Flakes
2 TbspJerk Seasoning

Instructions
Jerk Chicken
Step 1
Season chicken w/ Garlic, Onion, Red Pepper Flakes & Walkerswood Spicy Jerk. Ensure Jerk Marinade is covering Chicken.

Step 2
Let meat marinade in fridge for about a hour and then Heat Skillet to med-high heat and add chicken. let the chicken cook for about 5-7 mins on both sides. Add about a 1/2 cup of water to prevent burning etc.
Step 3
Constantly add in a little bit of water as it evaporates to prevent burning. Once Chicken is finished you can add another small Tsp of walkerswood seasoning to make the meat more saucy & stir with water. Shred Chicken into pieces with fork.

Heat oil on skillet to med-high heat and cut plantains into halves. Then add to oil and fry for 5-6 mins. ( flip in between) do not let plantains get to crispy. Once finish remove.

Remove plantains and place each separate one between parchment paper & use the bottom of any circular pan and smash plantain flat. Once smashed add plantain to taco holder with parchment paper to form. Repeat for remaining plantains

Let plantains cool for about 3-5 mins (can add to freezer for 3-5 mins as well) to form shape and fry for an additional 2-3 mins until fully golden brown and too your liking. (Slightly soft , crispy, etc.
Step 7
Pat dry plantains , lightly salt and add to taco holder to begin filling. Add cheese, shredded chicken, diced red onions, cilantro, and Lime sauce! Add Lime for extra flavor & ENJOY.
