Instructions

Step 1
Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge the chicken in flour.
Step 2
In a large sauté pan 2-3 inches tall, pour olive oil in bottom of pan and heat on med over stove. Add chicken. Into pan and brown both sides (6-10 mins)
Step 3
Remove the chicken and set aside. Add onions to the remaining oil and chicken bits and heat for 3 mins. Add garlic and lemon juice. Let sit for 1 min. Add chicken broth and return chicken to the pan. Let simmer for 20 mins until chicken is fully cooked.
