Instructions

Step 1
For this dip, I used frozen broad beans, so I started with letting the beans thaw until fully defrosted.
Step 2
Next, I roughly chopped the avocado and spring onion, juiced the lemon, and turned the cumin and fennel seeds into powder in my spice grinder.
Step 3
Next, I simply blended everything together until smooth, and enjoyed it with some lentil chips!
