2chicken breasts
3cans great northern beans
drained and rinsed
8 clovesgarlic
minced
2 cupsfrozen corn
4 ozgreen chiles
canned
⅔ cupsalsa verde
1lime
juice from
2 Tbspcumin
2 Tbspchili powder
1 tspgarlic powder
½ tspSalt
1can full fat coconut milk

Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with all remaining ingredients (Note: it will look like there is not enough liquid, the chicken and corn will release liquid as they cook)
Step 2
Cook on low for 8 hours, remove the slow cooker lid during the last 30 minutes
Step 3
After 8 hours, shred chicken in separate bowl, add back to the slow cooker, stir everything together, and serve. Top with desired toppings
