A chewy Nutella-stuffed cookie topped with a melty Nutella drizzle and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. This cookie is what Nutella dreams are made of!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar, & brown sugar. Add egg & vanilla; mix until light in color & creamy.
Step 2
Add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt), mix into dough until completely combined.
Step 3
Portion dough into a little less than 1/2C portions. Roll each into a ball; arrange 6 on each cookie sheet.
Step 4
Use thumb to create a pocket in middle each dough. Spoon about 1/2T Nutella into each pocket; close cookie around the Nutella. Flatten just slightly prior to baking.
Step 5
Bake (12-15 min.) until cookies have spread & have started to crackle a little on top.
Step 6
Cool cookies on pan (10 min.)
Step 7
Spoon remaining Nutella into a zip top bag, snip corner; slightly and zig zag Nutella across the top of still warm cookie.
Step 8
Immediately sprinkle with sea salt. Serve warm.
