Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Cream together the butter, sugar, & brown sugar; add egg & vanilla. Mix until light in color & creamy.
Step 2
Mix together flour, cocoa, baking soda, & salt; add in & mix into dough. Mix until completely combined. (Dough will be soft.)
Step 3
Mix red food coloring; fold in white chocolate chips.
Step 4
Use 1/2C measuring cup to portion out dough. Roll each & flatten slightly. (This will make 12 cookies.). Arrange 6 cookies per cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake (15-17 min.) Cookies should spread slightly, crackle a little bit, & centers should not look shiny and wet anymore.
Step 6
Cool cookies (at least 10 min.) on baking sheet.
Step 7
Serve cookies warm.
