Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in pot over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add sausage and onions; cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook till fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add stock, to-tel, cream, pasta, salt & pepper. Stir and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to medium-low amd cover the pan. Simmer until pasta id tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove pan from heat and stir in 1 cup cheese, top with the rest of cheese and broil until cheese is melted and browned.
