To make it go really fast, prepare all the ingredients ahead of time, have them at hand. Make sure you have a toaster and two pans that can hold two slices of the prepared bread, one of them with a lid.

To start, put 60 grams of butter in a bowl, add a little salt (only if we don't use already salted butter), add TABASCO® red pepper sauce to taste and mix well.

We put the pan with a lid on medium-low heat, let it heat up. While the pan is hot, spread two slices of bread with ½ of the spicy butter on both sides. Divide the cheese between the two slices of bread.

Place the bread slices (which, I repeat, are greased on both sides) in the pan, cheese side up, and cover with the lid. The fire must be small. Fry the bread until it browns on the side that comes in contact with the pan and the cheese melts (about 7-8 minutes).

As soon as I put the cheese bread in the pan, heat the second pan on medium heat. Add the remaining oil and butter (20 grams). When the butter has melted, add the eggs and cook over low heat until cooked to your liking. I like soft-boiled eggs, so that's how I made them.

In the meantime, while the eggs are cooking, the bread is toasting and the cheese is melting,we take care of the vegetables. We clean the avocado and slice it. We immediately sprinkle it with lemon juice, so that it does not oxidize. Slice the tomato and red onion. The other two slices of bread are fried in the toaster and then spread with the remaining spicy butter.

As soon as the eggs are done, they are removed from the pan. Take out the toasted bread with slightly melted cheese and place it on a chopper. Sprinkle the avocado slices with salt and place on top of the cheese bread slices.

Place the tomato and onion slices on top of the avocado, sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste.

Finally, put an egg on each slice, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

Finally, put the toasted bread in the toaster, buttered with TABASCO® red pepper sauce and serve immediately, while the eggs and bread are warm and the cheese is still nice and soft. I cut the sandwiches diagonally, right through the middle of the yolk, allowing it to ooze over the other tasty layers, whetting the appetite even more. I don't even have words to describe how good it is!
