Instructions
Step 1
Cook up ground beef with onion and garlic. Then dissolve the brown sugar in with the meat.
Step 2
Add all ingredients except the cream cheese to a crock pot. Cook 2 hours on high or 4 on low.
Step 3
Soften the cream cheese and then mix into chili until dissolved. Serve and enjoy.
