One pan chicken and rice This chicken and rice dish is always a go to at my house my family’s favorite and it’s so easy to make. ——chicken Ingredients—— -6 to 8 chicken thighs -1 tablespoon of lemon pepper -1 tablespoon of oregano -1 tablespoon onion powder -1 tablespoon garlic powder -1 tablespoon seasoned salt -1 tablespoon paprika -1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper -1 teaspoon salt -1 lemon (the juice) -2 tablespoons of olive oil ——season the chicken with all those spices and Sear the chicken on both sides for about 4 minutes per side and remove from the pan. : ——rice ingredients—— -3 cups basmati rice (wash and soak for 20 minutes) -1 large onion -3 cloves of garlic -1 tablespoon chicken bouillon -1 teaspoon cumin -1 teaspoon turmeric -1 teaspoon of salt -3 cups of frozen vegetables -4 cups of chicken broth -parsley for garnish -lemons for garnish : :
