Instructions

Step 1
Saute vegetables with 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of vinager for about 5 minutes. Put chicken broth in large dutch oven to boil. Add vegetables to broth. Heat 1 tbsp oil with garlic in pan then add chicken and cook until almost done. Then throw chicken in dutch oven with broth and veggies. Leave liquid in pan from chicken and saute the diced onions. Throw onions in dutch oven. Prepare dumplings according to bisquick directions. Add bisquick dumpling mix one large spoonful at time into dutch oven. Let cook for another 3-5 minutes. Take off heat and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste
