Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Tossed chicken with two tablespoons of oil until well coated.

Heat an oven safe skillet over high Heat until hot. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until Brown on all sides.

Remove the skillet from Heat and add the remaining oil Thyme and garlic. Cover and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours.
