Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
2. Spray 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add berries, 1 tsp cinnamon, vanilla, monk fruit and lemon juice

Mix corn starch and water in a small bowl, add to the mixing bowl and stir. Transfer mixture to baking dish
Step 5
Combine oats and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and top berries with mixture
Step 6
Heat syrup for 8-10 seconds in microwave, then pour on top of oat mixture
Step 7
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool before serving
