Step 1
Cut cabbage into strips. Heat veggies in oil on medium, 15 minutes, stirring them frequently to keep from sticking to the pan. Stir stock into veggies,and bring to a boil. Next add potatoes, zucchinni, and tomatoes to the mixture with the spices, stir and boil. Reduce to low and simmer 15 more minutes, til tender and serve hot.
